 FORMER VICE PRESIDENT FOR DYSON-KISSNER-MORAN
 NEW YORK, June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Hamilton Robinson & Company, Inc. (HRCo) announced today that Steven J. Grossman, 49, former vice president of acquisitions for Dyson-Kissner-Moran, has joined the firm as a managing director.
 Hamilton Robinson, Jr., HRCo's chairman, said, "Steve brings a depth and breadth of acquisitions experience and shares our commitment to building value in well-managed companies in the middle market. We are delighted to welcome him to the firm."
 Grossman is a graduate of Columbia College and Columbia University with degrees in international affairs and business administration. He managed Gulf & Western's (now Paramount Communications) international acquisitions program from Rome, Madrid and London before becoming director of strategic planning and corporate development for Gulf & Western in New York.
 In 1986, Grossman joined the Dyson-Kissner-Moran corporation as vice president, acquisitions; during his tenure, he was responsible for 11 acquisitions involving approximately $600 million in purchase price and he served on the boards of MultiServ, DKM International, and Janus Industries. He also served as president and chief operating officer at Janus.
 Commenting on his new position, Grossman said, "I was attracted by HRCo's track record and philosophy and I'm pleased to be joining a firm that shares my views on value-added buyouts. We both look for market inefficiencies and believe this approach should present us with exciting opportunities in the current market environment."
 Grossman resides in Purchase, N.Y.
