STEPHEN DANIELS NAMED CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AT LAKE SHORE BANCORP.
CHICAGO, July 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Lake Shore Bancorp., Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: LSNB), announced today that it has elected Stephen D. Daniels, 37, to the position of senior vice president and chief financial officer. The announcement was made by James W. Aldrich, chairman and chief executive officer. Daniels joins the bank from First Colonial Bankshares Corp., where he was executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to that, he was vice president of finance at Lane Industries. "Steve brings a great deal of knowledge and strong financial management skills in a variety of areas to this postition," said Aldrich. "We look forward to his input as he becomes a member of our management team." Daniels, a graduate of Milliken University, began his career as an auditor with the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. and is a registered CPA. He subsequently joined Mt. Prospect State Bank as chief financial officer and controller. A native of Decatur, Ill., Daniels currently resides in Chicago.
