 STEPHANIE MOLYNEUX APPOINTED GENERAL MANAGER OF THE ROWLAND COMPANY,
 BRUSSELS, AND DEPUTY FOR EUROPEAN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
 NEW YORK, Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Stephanie Molyneux has been appointed general manager of The Rowland Company, Brussels. The office in Belgium, which had been a European Community service operation for United Kingdom clients, will now become a full-service public relations unit of Rowland Worldwide, with resources in corporate public affairs, marketing public relations and government relations.
 Molyneux will serve in a European transnational role, as deputy to Tony Dyson, European business development director, in addition to her position as head of the Brussels office.
 Rowland Worldwide is the 6th largest of the world's public relations companies, with 34 offices on five continents. Headquartered in New York, it is an independent subsidiary of Saatchi & Saatchi PLC, with more than 600 employees and annual fee billings in excess of $50 million.
 Molyneux comes to The Rowland Company from the Watts Group PLC, one of the largest independent U.K. consultancies. She has an international background as investment analyst, journalist, public relations consultant and in-company communications manager.
 Molyneux began her public relations career with Burson Marsteller in 1976, becoming a director of its London office. In 1981, she joined Dow Chemical Europe as communications manager for Merrell-Dow Pharmaceuticals, based in Switzerland. Subsequently, she was named Dow Europe's marketing communications manager, and was later appointed European business development manager. In 1989, she returned to the U.K. as managing director of the Watts Group.
