 STEEL INDUSTRY UNVEILS MAJOR STEEL RECYCLING AWARENESS CAMPAIGN
 IN TALLAHASSEE, FLA.
 Who: Led by the steel industry, the Steel Recycling Partnership is a consortium of national and regional industries and associations, representing hundreds of companies and organizations, promoting steel container recycling in Florida.
 What: The partnership's launch of a multi-year education and public awareness campaign includes the introduction of a television advertising campaign and promotional events aimed at legislators, local recycling decision-makers and consumers in Florida.
 When: Wednesday, Feb. 5, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Reception and briefing
 Where: Old Capitol Building, Senate Chamber, Tallahassee
 Speakers: Pam Forrester, news anchor, WCTV; Milton Deaner, president, American Iron and Steel Institute; Buddy MacKay, Lt. Gov., Florida; Florida state Sen. George Kirkpatrick; Florida state Rep. Hurley Rudd; and, Bill Heenan, president, Steel Can Recycling Institute.
 All representatives of the media are invited to attend the briefing and reception. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be served.
