STEEEEE-RIIIKE! SOUTHWEST AIRLINES CEO AND 'WINGS' CAST COMPETE IN PILOT'S PRE-THANKSGIVING 'TURKEY BOWL-A-RAMA' CHALLENGE

WHAT: turkey (tur' ke) n. 1. a large, widely domesticated North American bird with a bare wattled head and neck or, more appropriately, 2. bowling three consecutive strikes in one 10-frame game.
Southwest Airlines and the cast from Paramount's television hit series "Wings" will "spare" no mercy as they bowl off for the most "turkeys" in a single game to benefit Angel Flight.
Herb "Kingpin" Kelleher, Southwest's colorful chairman of the board, president, and chief executive officer, will lead the Southwest crew in battle against the "Wings" team. The winner of the bout will award a $10,000 purse, courtesy of AMF Consumer Products, to Angel Flight, a national organization of pilots who donate their time and airplanes to transport patients in need of medical treatment from hospital to hospital.
Then, 18 bowling teams, one comprised of "Kingpin" Kelleher, Crystal Bernard (Helen on "Wings"), and Jim Weaver, executive director of Angel Flight, in classic bowling shirts will let the pins fly.
All proceeds will benefit Angel Flight.
