STAY CONNECTED TO USA TODAY FOR ONE FLAT FEE

 GREENSBORO, N.C., June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The USA TODAY Information Center is announcing a new flat monthly fee of $9.95 for its online service via computer and modem.
 "Our members wanted the comfortability of unlimited access without watching the clock," says Phil Fuhrer, president of the USA TODAY Information Center. "Now, they can stay connected to USA TODAY nights and weekends and pay only $9.95 a month."
 The flat fee service provides members with access to worldwide news and sports. Customers can follow developing stories generally, or research particular areas of interest. Members can use keywords on weekends to uncover items of importance they may have missed during the week.
 They can review the stock market, check the latest movie or record reviews, or track the ball scores and standings of their favorite teams -- college or pro. The Information Center has in-depth and updated player and team statistics available nowhere else.
 The USA TODAY Information Center also provides an Entertainment section for board and card game enthusiasts, plus e-mail, for $2.95 per hour nights and weekends.
 Online game-playing with opponents worldwide: chess, backgammon, checkers, go, reversi, poker, blackjack and bridge.
 The signup fee and software (IBM compatible only) are included in the first month's fee of $9.95.
