STATORDYNE CORP. ANNOUNCES FISCAL 1994 FIRST QUARTER RESULTS

 ANAHEIM, Calif., Nov. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Statordyne Corp. (AMEX: STY.EC Emerging Company Market Place) announced a loss of $406,726, or $0.09 per share, for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 1993. This compares to a loss for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 1992, of $102,371, or $.03 per share. The company is a development stage enterprise and to date has not generated any revenues from product sales.
 James M. Moore, chairman and chief executive officer of Statordyne, commented on the results saying, "Our pace of activities has accelerated in recent months resulting in the sales of Statordyne systems, an increasing backlog and the implementation of an important distributor agreement covering the expanding marketplace in Mexico. In addition, we were recently notified by the U.S. Patent Office that we have been awarded a new U.S. patent which significantly broadens the scope of our patent protection on Statordyne systems."
 The company recently announced the extension of the expiration date of its stock purchase warrants from Dec. 21, 1993, to June 1, 1994, at 5 p.m., New York City time.
 Statordyne Corp., headquartered in Anaheim, is engaged in the design, manufacture, and marketing of a line of proprietary products for the power quality and "no-break" standby power services industries. Statordyne Corp. has the exclusive, worldwide license on a patented power quality enhancement and generation technology that will protect power sensitive facilities such as data processing sites, communications centers, automated industrial facilities, hospitals, and airports against short duration electrical power disturbances and long-term outages of utility power.
