STATORDYNE CORP. ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL SALES AND PATENT AWARD

 ANAHEIM, Calif., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Statordyne Corp. (AMEX: STY.EC) announced today the sale of two Statordyne systems. The first system was ordered by a major aerospace company for one of their plants in Utah which has critical production equipment sensitive to utility disturbances. The second order is from the American Association of Retired Persons data center in Lakewood, Calif. Both systems will be manufactured and shipped in the current quarter. These orders raise the company's backlog to approximately $600,000.
 Bradford Roberts, president and chief operating officer of Statordyne Corp., said that, "These new orders follow two recent contracts from C and P Telephone of Maryland and Americom S.A. DE C.V., Statordyne's distributor in Mexico. The demonstration unit at AT&T Systems Leasing has been the key to our recent order activity."
 Roberts also announced that Statrodyne has been notified by the U.S. Patent Office that it has been awarded a new U.S. patent that significantly broadens the scope of its patent protection.
 Statordyne Corp., headquartered in Anaheim, is engaged in the design, manufacture, and marketing of a line of proprietary products for the power quality and "no-break" standby power services industries. Statordyne Corp. has the exclusive, worldwide license on a patented power quality enhancement and generation technology that will protect power-sensitive facilities such as data processing sites, communications centers, automated industrial facilities, hospitals, and airports against short duration electrical power disturbances and long-term outages of utility power.
