STATE POLICEMAN ANNUAL MAGAZINE TO MERGE WITH NATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY CORP.

 SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- State Policeman Annual Magazine Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: STPM) announced it has signed a letter of intent to acquire/merge with National Health and Safety Corp. of Pennsylvania.
 National Health and Safety Corp. was founded in 1987 as a national and international distributor of medical equipment and supplies. It has since expanded its corporate mission to include a wide array of medical products and services. These include a wide spectrum of health insurance products and national networks of more than 100,000 professional providers of medical services including hospitals, physicians, dentists, psychiatrists, psychologists, optometrists, audiologists, child care centers, nurses, chiropractors, and senior citizen companions. The company makes available low-cost health benefits packages for unions, associations, corporations, academic institutions and non-profit groups. NHS is headquartered in Huntingdon Valley, Pa. with international offices in Washington, D.C.
