 STAT-TECH ANNOUNCES FILING OF SHAREHOLDER CLASS ACTION SUIT
 PUEBLO, Colo., April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Stat-Tech International Corp. (NASDAQ: STEK) today announced that a shareholder class action lawsuit has been filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado against the company, Raynard M. Fenster, its former president and Bruce K. Ritzschke, secretary and a director, claiming monetary damages based on, among other things, the alleged filing by the company of false and misleading financial statements.
 The company further stated that at this time, the amount of the class action claims cannot be reasonably ascertained, and the class of shareholders represented in the action has not as yet been certified by the court. The company also said that to its knowledge, this suit has not yet been served upon the company or any of the other defendants, but as more information becomes available on this particular lawsuit, it will be released.
 Stat-Tech International Corp. is engaged in the application of advanced electroconductive materials for the control and elimination of electrostatic charges.
