STARSTREAM 10-K LATE BECAUSE OF AUDITOR DELAYS IN POLAND
HOUSTON, April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Starstream Communications Group

Inc. (NASDAQ: SCGI) announced today it is late with filing its Form 10-K for the year ended 1991 because of its independent certified public accountants experiencing difficulty in locating a qualified interpreter in the audit of its foreign subsidiary, Polton Record Co. in Warsaw, Poland.
Revenues for the calendar year 1991 are estimated to be $2.3 million up from the $1,799,222 reported in 1990. Net results will be announced on completion of the audit expected in several weeks.
Recently, the company announced signing the final agreement with a Time-Warner company, Warner Music International (Germany), to distribute its extensive library in Poland. Gross revenues from the multi-year Warner Music contract are expected to exceed $7 million.
Gary R. Firth, president and chief executive officer, stated that, "The last year has been dedicated to the integration of Polton Record Co. into Starstream Communications." He went on to say, "We have taken the steps necessary to avoid delays in the future with respect to our filings. The Poland subsidiary is performing to expectations and completion of the Warner Music contract positions the company to move forward."
Starstream Communications Group Inc. is engaged in the production and distribution of nationally sponsored radio promotions and customized music-oriented publications in the United States, and audio cassettes, LPs and compact discs in Poland.
