STARS ENJOY MAGIC TOUCH.

Byline: BRENDA O'NEILL

IRISH 'magician to the stars' Keith Barry will use his powers to bewitch pop celebrities Atomic Kitten and Westlife on TV later this month.

The hypnotic 24-year-old joins eight illusionists on tour in the UK who will make maggots pop out of matchboxes and pounds 10 notes appear in lemons as well as levitating guests and reading their minds.

Barry has already made a huge impact in the magic world performing throughout Ireland, across Europe and America.

In 2000 he performed one of the most elaborate illusions ever seen in Ireland when he made it snow over the premier shopping centre in Dublin.

Now in the new ITV series Astounding Celebrities Barry's powers can be seen by everyone.

Celebrities including Girls Aloud, Samantha Mumba, Sir Cliff Richard and Chris Eubank are among the many guests whose hilarious reactions are caught on camera.

Sir Cliff said of his experience: "I'm always amazed by magic."

n Astounding Celebrities starts on ITV on Sunday June 29 at 5.15pm
