 STANLEY D. CROW NAMED VICE PRESIDENT - CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS
 BOISE, Idaho, Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Morrison Knudsen Corp. (NYSE: MRN) announced today that it has named Boise resident Stanley D. Crow, 50, as vice president - Corporate Communications.
 Crow, a lawyer, has served for the past 10 years as president of Crow Logsdon Inc., a financial services consulting firm and has an extensive background in public affairs and journalism.
 Crow earned his undergraduate degree in business and economics at Northwest Nazarene College in 1964, and graduated from Harvard Law School in 1967. He also holds a certificate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in institutional money management.
 "Mr. Crow has an unusually broad base of experience and an insightful understanding of the dynamics of business, finance, the media and the law," declared Chairman and Chief Executive Officer William J. Agee. "His appointment will strengthen the MK team."

 He is married to the former Donna Fletcher of Nampa, author of British historical novels. The Crows have four children, three grown sons and a daughter, 12.
