STANDARD PRODUCTS ELECTS OFFICERS CLEVELAND, Aug. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- The Standard Products Co.
(NYSE: SPD) today announced the election of three corporate officers.
Douglas N. Malm was elected vice president-engineering and development. Malm most recently was manager of the Company's Reid Division in Cleveland. Joel H. Nussbaum was elected to the new position of vice president-program management. Nussbaum previously was vice president-engineering and development. William A. Russell was elected vice president-sales and marketing, succeeding Richard G. Williams, who has accepted a position with another company. Russell served most recently as vice president-sales for Standard Products (Canada). Cleveland-based Standard Products manufactures rubber and plastic parts for the automotive original equipment industry, and plastic and magnetic door seals for home appliances.
