SRI CONFERENCE FOR TECHNOLOGY EXECUTIVES TO TAKE PLACE MARCH 11-12

 MENLO PARK, Calif., Dec. 29 /PRNewswire/-- SRI's fifth conference for executives charged with making technology resources productive will take place March 11-12, 1993, at SRI headquarters in Menlo Park.
 The conference, "Technology Management Under Siege," will address the dramatic changes underway in technology management: customers' expectations of higher product quality and faster response and the global competition and rapid technology development that are making new demands of all companies.
 Industry speakers and panelists include Marvin Patterson, director of Corporate Engineering at Hewlett-Packard; Brian Rushton, vice president of Technology at Air Products and Chemicals; Jay Hassan, vice president of Technology at AMP; Walter Robb, senior vice president of Corporate R&D at General Electric; and Gerald Meiling, vice president of Research at Corning.
