SPSC postpones written test of combined competitive exam.

HYDERABAD, February 22, 2011 (Balochistan Times): Controller of Examinations, Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) Hyderabad on Monday announced postponement of the written test of Combined Competitive Examination for the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) / Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) BPS-17 scheduled by SPSC from February 24, 2011. SPSCs postponement is aimed to facilitate the candidates intending to appear in the Competitive Examinations (CSS) of Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC), to be conducted from February 26. The Controller of Examinations SPSC informed that now the written test / examination of the Combined Competitive Examination for Engineers cadre (BPS-17) would commence from March 17, 2011. The Examination will be held at Hyderabad, Karachi, Larkana and Sukkur centres simultaneously, he said. He informed that call letters to the eligible candidates are being issued through UMS/ Registered post and the candidates who failed to receive the letters up to March 12, 2011, should contact the Head Office of SPSC, Thandi Sarak Hyderabad or its Regional Offices at Karachi, Sukkur and Larkana personally or on Phone Nos.9200694, 9200162, 9200246, 9200248, 9210398 and Fax No.9200248 and 9218337.
