SPORT ON TV: PICK OF THE DAY.
INTERNATIONAL CRICKET (Sky Sports 2, 11.30 pm)THANKFULLY we have a decent reason not to watch Hold The Back Page, in which The Sun's Brian Woolnough, who hosts the hacks' chat hour, will undoubtedly be doing his utmost to turn everyone against Glenn Hoddle, despite England's fine victory on Wednesday.
While he and his chums drone on, people with a positive outlook on sport can follow our cricketers attempt to maintain viewers' optimism until at least the fifth session of the match, and hopefully hear Alec Stewart shout "Like it, Crofty boy!" a lot.
