SPINECARE TO DEVELOP HARRISBURG'S FIRST WELLNESS CENTER

 EAST ISLIP, N.Y., Sept. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Spinecare, a subsidiary of Americare Health Group, Inc. (NASDAQ OTC Bulletin Board: AHGR) has been designated by the city of Harrisburg, Pa.'s Redevelopment Authority as the developer of the city's first Wellness Center.
 This inner-city center will occupy a restored historic building located close to the capital and plans call for housing an olympic size swimming pool, fitness and rehabilitation centers, offices for medical professionals, a pro shop and snack bar.
 "Spinecare is very excited about coming to Harrisburg and establishing what we hope will become a precident-setting facility in the 42,000 sq. ft. Wellness Center," said Dr. James Turner, chairman and chief executive officer of Americare Health Group, Inc.
 Harrisburg is the fifth largest city in Pennsylvania in addition to being the state capital. "It has also undergone a tremendous redevelopment effort due in large measure to the administration of Mayor Stephen Reed," added Dr. Turner.
 Spinecare specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of spinal injuries employing a team of medical professionals focused on chiropractic care, physical therapy and medical rehabilitation.
