 SPECTACULAR ATTRACTIONS DISTINGUISH WORLD'S
 LARGEST INDOOR AMUSEMENT PARK
 CLEVELAND, March 18 /PRNewswire/ -- The 1992 I-X Indoor Amusement Park is more than just amusement rides -- it's also sensational attractions and sports-related activities.
 The 20-acre midway at Cleveland's International Exposition Center, April 3 - May 3, will feature more than 150 high-speed rides, games, celebrity appearances, live entertainment, and spectacular attractions, among them:
 -- Indoor Bungee Cord Jumping - The I-X Center will offer the first amateur indoor bungee cord jumping in the world. Park guests who are at least 18 years old and meet necessary health requirments may bungee jump over an air bag. "The Bungee Dive Spectacular," a 15-minute stunt and acrobatic show featuring three professional bungee jumpers, will be performed twice daily, April 3 - May 3. Both professional and amateur divers will jump from a 70-foot platform.
 -- Incredible Indoor Golf - This simulated golf machine is one of the first machines of its kind available to the public in Ohio. Guests will be able to play all 18 holes of some of the best golf courses in the world, such as Pebble Beach, Spy Glass Hill or Pinehurst, on this high-tech golf simulator. The player tees off into a video screen that carries the image of championship golf holes.
 -- Video Baseball makes its Ohio debut at the I-X Center. This high-tech batting machine brings alive the fantasy of playing major league baseball. Walk into the batting cage, step up to the plate and face the pitches of one of the Detroit Tigers. Batters will attempt to hit 40-100 mph pitches that appear to be thrown from a major league baseball pitcher on a video screen.
 -- NASA Space Exhibit - NASA will present its international exhibit on space and aeronautics at the I-X Indoor Amusement Park. This 12,000 square foot walk-through exhibit illustrates all aspects of NASA centers, including Space Station Freedom. The exhibit also includes an aerospace mini-theater, featuring "Astrosmiles," a movie about the astronauts' humorous moments on board the space shuttle.
 -- LEGO Model of the United States Capitol and LEGOLAND Contest - This 25' x 11' x 16' replica of the United States Capitol is built entirely with LEGO bricks. The "LEGO Capitol" was last on display at Walt Disney World's Epcot Center. The person who comes closest to guessing the number of LEGO bricks in the model will win a trip for four to the LEGOLAND theme park in Billund, Denmark.
 -- Exotic Animal Petting Zoo - Amusement Park visitors can take a Safari trip through this beautifully landscaped petting zoo, featuring such animals as the Cerval Cat, the Kinka Jou, a baby black bear and even circus elephants. Children will have an opportunity to touch baby chicks, ducklings and bunnies. Pony and elephant rides will be offered, and photos may be taken with many of the animals.
 -- Rollerblade In-Line Skating - Park guests can try in-line skating daily on a 50' x 150' skating rink. Free Rollerblade skate rentals will be available for all ages. Free in-line skate clinics will be held every Saturday and Sunday. Team Rollerblade, a group of professional in-line skaters that have traveled across the U.S. and Europe, will perform 30-minute demonstrations of this exciting sport four times per day on April 4 and April 5.
 -- Ice Skating - The whole family can enjoy skating on a 50' x 100' skating rink, surrounded by 20 acres of amusement rides. Skate rentals for all ages will be offered.
 -- Miniature Golf - A challenging 19-hole putt-putt course will be filled with various obstacles to provide entertainment and putting practice for all ages.
 -- A Giant Video Arcade, A Motion Master Theater offering "movies you can ride," and huge air balloons also will fill the midway. Other features include a Grand Kiddieland with more than 20 miniature rides, a life-sized "Granpa Cratchet Puppet Show," and "Char's Wild West Show." Some attractions include an additional charge.
 The amusement rides also will be outstanding -- many zoom close to the I-X Center's 80-foot ceiling. Among the park's high-speed thrill rides will be "The Zyklon," one of the world's largest indoor roller coasters.
 At the center of the midway will be the world's largest indoor Ferris Wheel, a permanent fixture at the I-X Center. The 10-story I-X Center Ferris Wheel soars 35 feet through the I-X Center ceiling, providing breathtaking views of the adjacent Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and the downtown Cleveland skyline.
 The I-X Indoor Amusement Park is unique in the Untied States -- no other facility but Cleveland's International Exposition Center could host an event so big.
 The 1992 Guinness Book of World Records calls the I-X Center the largest exhibition hall in the world under one roof. The 31-day indoor theme park is expected to attract 300,000 visitors from the Midwest and beyond.
 The 1992 I-X Indoor Amusement park will be open daily from April 3 - May 3. Hours will vary. Admission to the park is $12.50 regular price or $10.50 with a coupon available through participating Ohio McDonald's Restaurants in Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown, Warren, Columbus and Toledo, United Way Agencies, Pepsi cans and Camelot Music Stores throughout Northeast Ohio. Admission is $9.50 with a discount coupon available at particpating Finast Stores throughout Northeast Ohio, Sparkle Foods of Western Pennsylvania and Youngstown, and Fisher Foods of Canton and Massillon. Admission is $8.50 with a discount coupon available at participating Food Town Stores and Pic-Way Shoes of Toledo and Southern Michigan and Value City stores of Columbus. Parking is $4.
 Admission for Opening Day, April 3, and Easter Sunday, April 19, is $8.50 per person. Special senior discount admission price of $6 Monday through Friday for seniors 62 and older. Children 2 and under are admitted free.
 Group and family rates, special discount days and corporate packages are available for the 1992 I-X Indoor Amusement Park. For group rate information, call 216-273-5432 in Cleveland or 614-224-0234 in Columbus.
 Tickets are available for purchase at the door or in advance through the Northeast Ohio Motorists Association (AAA) offices, Advantix Ticket System outlets at Northern Ohio Sears stores and at the I-X Center box office during show hours only.
 Part of the proceeds from the event will benefit the Plain Dealer Charities, Ronald McDonald Charities, the City Mission and Haven of Rest Ministries.
 The I-X Center is located on Ohio Route 237 adjacent to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. It is accessible to Ohio's most traveled highway systems, including the Ohio Turnpike, I-71, I-77 and I-480.
