 SPECTACOR FILMS RESTRUCTURES OPERATIONS
LOS ANGELES, Nov. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Spectacor Films, the Hollywood-

based independent producer of TV and feature films, announced today it has restructured its operations and management.
Joseph M. Cohen has been named president and chief executive officer of Spectacor Films. He formerly was president. David Newlon, formerly chief financial officer, has been promoted to chief financial officer and senior vice president.
Michael Jaffe will remain a partner and a board member of Spectacor Films.
Jaffe's company, Michael Jaffe Films Ltd., will take over the management of existing projects for Spectacor Films. At present, there are about 30 projects in various phases of development.
"This is a very amiable changing of the modus operandi," Jaffe said of his new arrangement with Spectacor Films.
Cohen said the partnership between Spectacor entrepreneur Ed Snider and Jaffe will remain in place for completion of numerous projects currently in progress.
"We may very well be developing new projects together," Cohen said. "Both Michael's company and our company also will be developing new opportunities independently of each other in the future.
"Spectacor Films is very much alive and continues to have a strong appetite for new, quality projects in TV and feature film projects."
Spectacor Films, which was established in 1988, is an affiliate entity of Spectacor, the Philadelphia-based sports, entertainment and communications company.
