 SPARKS NAMED VICE PRESIDENT-ADVANCED APPLICATIONS
 AT THOROUGHBRED SOFTWARE
 SOMERSET, N.J., June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Veteran marketing and technical consultant Roger Sparks has been named vice president-advanced applications at Thoroughbred Software International of Somerset.
 "Roger's background with Thoroughbred products and his wide range of sales and marketing skills make him an ideal leader for these projects," said Thoroughbred Chief Operating Officer Carmen T. Randazzo, in making the announcement.
 Sparks will not only lead development, marketing and sales of Thoroughbred's INFORMIX(TM) and ORACLE(TM) interface projects, he will also be responsible for sales recruitment, customer training, and direct support throughout the company's world-wide market.
 Previously, Sparks held executive positions with MAI/Basic Four, State of the Art, Xerox Computer Systems and Chase Manhattan Bank.
 Thoroughbred Software International is a privately-held software company headquartered in Somerset, with European headquarters in Romford, Essex, England. The company has over 16 years experience in developing and marketing database, accounting, office automation, and language software development tools for the UNIX(TM), XENIX(TM), DOS(TM), VMS(TM) and DOS(TM)-network environments.
