SONDRA BERCHIN RESIGNS FROM MCA TO PURSUE CONSULTING BUSINESS

 UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif., July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Sondra Berchin, executive vice president of MCA Home Entertainment, is resigning her position effective July 31, 1993, to establish her own consulting business, International Media Consultants Inc. MCA Home Entertainment has agreed to become one of her first consulting clients.
 Tom Wertheimer, executive vice president, MCA Inc., stated, "Sondra has done an outstanding job developing new business opportunities for the MCA Home Entertainment Group, as well as contributing remarkably to the success of our existing businesses.
