 SOLIDARITY APPOINTS TOWER INTERNATIONAL
AS DISTRIBUTOR FOR POLISH INDUSTRY DIRECTORY
STANDISH, Maine, March 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The Economic Foundation of Solidarity has appointed Tower International as the exclusive North American distributor for the Polish Industry Directory. Listing 10,000 businesses and 60,000 products within Poland, the publication is designed to benefit international investors, marketing companies, and importers/exporters with identifying products and companies of interest.
"We see this as an opportunity to let U.S. companies know not only what Poland has to offer but also what they need," says Michael Lyons, the recently appointed president of Tower International. "As a country, we need to become much more proactive in obtaining international business, and the first step in that is capturing information," continued Lyons.
Poland is the largest market of the former communist satellite countries, with a population of more than 38 million people. The peaceful demise of communist rule has been replaced with a new frontier of capitalism.
According to Russell Deutsch, president of International Venture Management of Portland, Maine, "The directory is an excellent source for locating international contacts within Poland. It serves as an essential tool for any business or organization attempting to make inroads into this newly opened industrial market."
Tower International can be reached at 1-800-786-1768.
