SO BLACK FOR VILLA.

Byline: Tom Hopkinson

ASTON VILLA 0

CHELSEA 4

ERIC BLACK has challenged Aston Villa's players to get their fans back onside after a poisonous atmosphere rained down from the stands in the defeat by Chelsea.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Alexandre Pato scored their first Premier League goals before the break and Pedro hit two after it to give Guus Hiddink's men victory.

And after Alan Hutton was sent off for two bookable offences late on temporary boss Black said: "We have to get the supporters back onside and the only way to do that is by doing it on the pitch. I understand their frustration.

"There are a lot of disappointed players in the dressing room but the reaction in there is irrelevant, it's out on the pitch where you change people's minds.

"They're not bottom of the league because they are the best team in the division."
