SMPS 2003-2004 Program Schedule.

SMPS presents a series of educational programs that will highlight sales, higher education, an economic forum, brownfields, health care, and a client round table.

The November program will explore the benefits of higher education. The program will feature a panel of education and industry professionals. The panel representatives are from: Washtenaw Community College, Eastern Michigan University, and Oakland University. The program will be held on November 20, 2003.

The January program will be a joint program with a number of organizations to discuss the economic outlook for 2004. The organizations involved will be representatives from Business Owners and Managers Associations (BOMA) and CoreNet. BOMA is an organization that represents and promotes the interests of the commercial real estate industry through effective leadership and advocacy; collection, analysis, and dissemination of information; and professional development. CoreNet is an association for corporate real estate and related professionals. The Economic Forum will be facilitated by Jim Sansiterra. Mr. Sansiterra is the Senior Vice President at Comerica Bank. The program is scheduled as a luncheon on January 8, 2004.

Other future dates are scheduled and the topics are described below:

-- February 19, 2004 - Turning Brownfields into Greenbacks

-- March 18, 2004 - Trends in Health Care Delivery

-- May 20, 2004 - Client Round Table
