SMART JOINT LABOR AGREEMENT TO SAVE 600 JOBS
Michael Duggan, interim general manager, and Matthew Wirgau, board

chairman of SMART (Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation), will hold a news conference at 11 a.m. today, March 10, to announce that the agency's labor unions have agreed to a 1992 wage freeze to save more than 600 jobs.
