SKYWEST DELTA CONNECTION REPORTS FEBRUARY TRAFFIC INCREASE

 ST. GEORGE, Utah, Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- SkyWest Delta Connection (NASDAQ: SKYW) today reported its February 1993 passenger traffic. The results show marked improvement over the same month last year.
 Revenue passenger mile (RPM) growth again outpaced available seat mile (ASM) growth. The airline generated 23.1 million RPMs for the month, an increase of 12.4 percent over the same period last year, while ASMs increased 4.9 percent to 51.5 million. Passenger boardings for February totaled 117,486, a 9.7 percent increase over February 1992, resulting in a 44.8 percent load factor.
 "We survived the first two weeks of challenging weather and came on strong at the end of the month," said Senior Vice President Marketing Ron Reber. "If only this could have been leap year."
 SkyWest Airlines operates as a Delta Connection carrier under a marketing agreement with Delta Airlines. The regional airline serves 42 cities in the western United States. Operating 50 aircraft, the airline completes more than 510 flights daily.
