SKYBOX INTERNATIONAL TO BEGIN TRADING ON NASDAQ

 DURHAM, N.C., Nov. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- SkyBox International, Inc., a producer, marketer and distributor of collectible sports and entertainment trading cards, today announced that its shares will begin trading on the Nasdaq National Market on November 10, 1993.
 SkyBox shares, which have been trading on the OTC Bulletin Board, will continue to trade under the symbol "SKYB."
 Frank J. O'Connell, President and Chief Executive Officer of SkyBox, said, "We are very pleased to be listed on Nasdaq. This should increase the ability of the investment community to follow SkyBox, which has already attracted considerable interest due to our recent spin-off as a separate public company and our strong 1993 earnings. This listing is an important step in the continued growth of SkyBox."
 On October 6, 1993, approximately 6.5 million shares of SkyBox were distributed as a special dividend to shareholders of Brooke Group Ltd. On October 14, SkyBox announced net income for the first nine months of fiscal 1993 of $19.4 million, or $2.08 per share, on revenues of $65.1 million. Third quarter net income was $7.2 million, or $0.78 per share, on revenues of $25.4 million.
 SkyBox International, Inc. produces sports and entertainment trading cards, especially in the growing segments of basketball and football, with important licenses for such entertainment properties as DC Comics, Star Trek and various Disney films and characters. SkyBox has approximately 8.3 million shares outstanding, of which approximately 1.5 million are held by Brooke Group (NYSE: BGL).
