 SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES TO BE BUILT IN PITTSBURGH;

SQUIRREL HILL DEVELOPMENT WILL BE FIRST IN CITY IN OVER 30 YEARS
 PITTSBURGH, March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Prudential Preferred Realty has announced that ground will soon be broken for the first single-family housing development to be built in the City of Pittsburgh in roughly 30 years.
 "Rosemont" -- an exclusive community of 30 houses -- will be built in the city's Squirrel Hill section beginning this summer.
 The plan will be developed by KLS Development Company, and will feature homes built by a number of the area's finest contractors. Prudential Preferred Realty is the exclusive marketing agent for Rosemont and will begin taking lot reservations immediately.
 Due to the positive economic impact that the development will have on the city, special arrangements have been made to offer a three-year tax abatement to potential buyers.
 The new neighborhood will be built on the site of the Squirrel Hill Nursery, and homes will be priced beginning at $240,000.
