SILICONE BREAST IMPLANT STORY: TOP WOMEN'S MAGAZINE EDITOR AVAILABLE
 Alexandra Penney, editor-in-chief of Self magazine, is available to comment on the implications of today's announcement that Dow Corning will cease all production of silicone gel breast implants and withdraw from the breast implant market. Penney can explain the effects of this decision, and how women must now learn to accept and appreciate their own bodies, instead of seeking artificial breast augmentation.
