SICK THUGS SUPERGLUE LUCY,3, TO TOILET SEAT; Laughing gang spotted at site of tot's ordeal.

A TERRIFIED girl of three ended up stuck to a toilet seat after thugs smeared it with superglue.

Little Lucy Richmond screamed agony when her unsuspecting mum Annabel tried to lift her off.

A gang of hoodied yobs were spotted laughing after targeting the disabled toilet at a bowling alley.

Annabel, 37, branded the sick pranksters "disgusting and nasty".

The former publishing editor said Lucy's ordeal: "She just started to scream her head off. I stopped for second but my brain didn't understand what was going on. So I tried again, harder.

"Lucy was bawling but I still hadn't realised what was going on. Then, suddenly, she came away from the seat.

"She was in floods of tears. When I looked at the back of her legs to see what the matter was there were big bruises coming up. The prank was mindless. It was the worst sort of meaningless crime because it was done in the disabled loo.

"What would have happened if it was a disabled or elderly person?"

Lucy was treated for heavy bruising in hospital after the incident at Bowling International in Stroud, Glos.

Annabel used the disabled loo as it was big enough to get a buggy in.

Alley boss Richard Cave said staff were studying CCTV footage in an effort to trace the culprits.

He added: "There is somebody out there with a very sick sense of humour."

Gloucestershire Police said: "Pranks of this kind can be very dangerous."

A 16-year-old boy was later arrested outside the bowling alley for breaching an Asbo.
