SHOPKO STORES REPORTS DECEMBER SALES GREEN BAY, Wis., Jan. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- ShopKo Stores, Inc.
(NYSE: SKO) reported sales for the four weeks ended Dec. 28, 1991 increased 9.3 percent to $237.9 million from $217.7 million during the same period of last year. Comparable store sales increased 4.5 percent.
For the cumulative 47 weeks ended Dec. 28, 1991, total sales rose 6.5 percent to $1.5046 billion from $1.4127 billion for the same period of last year. Comparable store sales were up 1.5 percent for the 47 weeks.
