SHAMED MP JOYCE IS IN T-RUBBLE AGAIN; Exclusive.

Byline: Mark McGivern

SHAMED MP Eric Joyce faced yet another exclusion order yesterday after police cordoned him INSIDE his home.

He found his home surrounded by police tape after a large piece of masonry fell off the building.

Joyce is already faced with a weekend curfew and a pub ban after he assaulted four Tory MPS during a drunken rampage last month.

The ex-Army major joked: "I thought I was only on a curfew between Friday and Sunday."

Five homes in the old Custom House Building in his Falkirk constituency were taped off after officers were called.

After carrying out initial checks, they decided to tape up the pavement to stop pedestrians walking under the potential su danger. Joyce - who quit Labour before the party could boot him out - said: "As far as I'm aware a bit of masonry became loose and they are getting someone round in the morning."

The 51-year-old, who admitted he was "hammered" during the attack at the Commons' Strangers bar, was fined pounds 3000 and ordered to pay pounds 1400 compensation by Westminster magistrates.
