SHADOW/EXPRESS BROADCAST SERVICES ANNOUNCES PERSONNEL APPOINTMENT

 LOS ANGELES, March 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Howard Bloom, a 25-year broadcast radio veteran has been named vice president/sales of Shadow Broadcast Services -- Los Angeles.
 In making the announcement, Shadow's president and general manager, Bill Greco said, "I am very excited that Howard has joined the Shadow team. In addition to his long and successful track record in the radio broadcast industry, Howard also brings with him tremendous knowledge of our market, boundless enthusiasm and a reputation of integrity."
 Bloom spent 20 years with Metromedia radio where he rose from the ranks of producer of the Joe Pyne Show to vice president and general manager of KLAC and the legendary KMET.
 Born in New York, Bloom moved to southern California at the age of 7. Married with two children, Bloom currently resides in Sherman Oaks.
 Shadow Broadcast Services provides traffic, news, weather and sports information and reports in Los Angeles, San Francisco/San Jose, New York, Chicago and Houston. In Philadelphia, the company operates under the name of Express Broadcast Services.
