 SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS AT NORTH ATLANTIC
 HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- North Atlantic Industries,


Inc. (NASDAQ: NATL), today announced several appointments:
 -- Frank Tortorelli Jr. was named vice president of marketing/ military products division. He will be responsible for developing and implementing product and market strategies. Tortorelli has an impressive marketing background, having been vice president of marketing at Miltope Corporation and having held a comparable position at Control Data Corporation. Tortorelli has a bachelor's degree in engineering from New York Institute of Technology.
 -- Ed Delgado was promoted to vice president/domestic military sales and business development. Delgado has served North Atlantic in increasingly responsible positions for more than 25 years.
 -- Fred Delp, who joined North Atlantic in April 1990, is the company's director of international sales and business development for all product segments. Delp's background includes international program development at HRB Systems and military program management at Northrop Corporation and Westinghouse.
 -- Ray Holcomb was named general manager of North Atlantic's recently acquired KMS Advanced Products division. Prior to the acquisition, Holcomb was the division's vice president of operations.
 -- Robert Carlson, president and CEO of North Atlantic, said, "These people excel in their respective disciplines. We have set aggressive growth objectives for the company and these individuals will be critical to the company's success in meeting these objectives."
 North Atlantic Industries designs and manufactures computer, computer peripheral, communications and instrumentation products for the government, military and aerospace markets. The company is a leading supplier of rugged and TEMPEST computer systems and peripherals, MIL- SPEC teleprinters and data storage systems, as well as electronic test and measurement instruments.
