SEVEN NEW PARTNERS NAMED AT CADWALADER, WICKERSHAM & TAFT

 NEW YORK, Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft today announced the election of seven new partners in its New York, Washington, D.C., and Palm Beach, Fla. offices. The announcement was made by Rodney S. Dayan, presiding partner of the firm.
 Four of the seven new partners practice in Cadwalader's New York office at 100 Maiden Lane. They are John J. Busillo in its real estate group, Paul W. Mourning and Lary Stromfeld in its corporate group, and Gregory Mikhail Petrick in its litigation group.
 Jacqueline S. Miller, another new partner, is a member of the litigation group in the firm's Palm Beach office. Also elected were Diana R. de Brito and Mark Peter Howe, who practice in the corporate and tax groups, respectively, of the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Cadwalader also has a fourth office in Los Angeles.

 Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, with more than 300 attorneys, is the nation's oldest Wall Street law firm.
