SERVING SOFTWARE SIGNS SOFTWARE CONTRACT WITH ORNDA

 MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Serving Software Inc. (NASDAQ: SERV) announced today that it has signed a software license agreement with ORNDA HEALTH CORP. of Nashville, Tenn. The agreement is for use of the Omni-Server 2000(TM) Hospital-Wide Patient Scheduling System. Under the agreement, the Omni-Server system is available for ORNDA's 20 member hospitals.
 "We selected Serving Software's Omni-Server because the system has the flexibility necessary to meet our facilities' specific needs," said ORNDA Vice President and CIO Paula Eleazar. "We were also impressed with Omni-Server's significant installed base, which is an important indicator of Serving Software's experience in this new and important area of hospital information systems."
 Omni-Server provides one-step scheduling for a hospital's physicians and patients. Meant for both inpatient and outpatient scheduling, Omni- Server helps hospitals manage patient flow and effectively utilize departmental resources. With Omni-Server, patients can be scheduled for multiple procedures, treatments or tests with one call from the doctor's office to the scheduling center.
