SEM navigation streamlines imaging workflow.

Booth 2741. JEOL streamlines the imaging and analytical workflow between the optical microscope and the SEM or microprobe, allowing the user to quickly pinpoint precise regions of interest on a sample for viewing at ultra-high magnifications. This correlative microscopy solution, through a unique combination of hardware and software, eliminates time spent searching for specific sites on the sample. The company's SEM Navigator includes an externally mounted 3 megapixel CMOS camera with a high frequency variable light source (transmitted polarized illuminator available) that records an image of sample in place on the SEM specimen holder. The user can select a field of view as large as 6". JEOL USA, Inc. www.jeolusa.com, 978-535-5900
