SELIG BUILDINGS GAIN TELECOMMUNICATIONS ADVANTAGE FROM SHARED TECHNOLOGIES INC.

 SEATTLE, April 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Shared Technologies Inc. (STI) (NASDAQ: STCH) has signed an agreement with Martin Selig Real Estate to provide shared tenant services to tenants in four additional Seattle buildings -- Fourth & Blanchard, Fourth & Battery, Fourth & Vine, and Third & Broad. These properties represent an aggregate of nearly one million square feet of office space.
 Describing shared tenant services, Kent Brown, STI vice president for the Northwest Region said, "As part of our agreement, we will provide tenants in these buildings with customized telephone equipment and services, discounted local and long-distance telephone service, data networking, office automation and specialized long-distance capabilities."
 The concept of shared tenant services was pioneered by Martin Selig in Seattle in the early-1980s when he introduced tenants at Columbia Seafirst Center and Key Tower to Shared Technologies. "We recognize the growing demand among our tenants for advanced voice and data communications at a competitive price," said Steven Mace, general manager at the real estate firm. "We are constantly evaluating service amenities on our tenants' behalf, and are pleased to offer them the advantages provided by Shared Technologies."
