SEILER POLLUTION CONTROL SYSTEMS SUBSIDIARY MAKES FIRST MAJOR SALE

 JERSEY CITY, N.J., Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Seiler Pollution Control Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEPC) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, SEPC AG, has made its first major sale involving three complete turnkey high temperature vitrification plants to IPA-Luem Oberflaechentechnik AG, Hendschiken, Switzerland. It is expected that all three plants will be managed by IPA-Luem and will be fully operational in 1994.
 This sale is expected to generate approximately $16 million in revenue for 1993-1994 and approximately $2 million in pre-tax profits.
 IPA-Luem is a well-established corporation operating in Switzerland, Austria and Germany, and specializing in environmentally safe waste water treatment installations, anti-pollution ventilation systems, recycling of industrial wastes, management and production of treatment plants.
 1. One plant to be located in Rastatt, Germany, will handle paint enamel sludge from the Mercedes Benz plants of Rastatt, Mannheim and Gaggenau;
 2. A second plant, to be located in Graz, Austria, will handle paint enamel sludge from Steyr-Daimler-Puch; and
 3. A third plant, to be located in Leoben, Austria, will handle toxic waste material from the local community, including the removal of fly ash from incineration activities.
 Seiler SEPC is a toxic waste disposal concern which, in July of 1993, acquired rights to a new technology called high temperature vitrification, which treats a potentially wide variety of waste products. The vitrification process transforms hazardous waste into a non-toxic glass substance which can either be stored in a non-hazardous waste landfill, or can be recycled by various industries such as cement, building and glass.
