 LOS ANGELES, Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Security Pacific National


Bank decreased its prime rate to 6.5 percent, down from 7.5 percent, effective Monday, Dec. 23.
 Security Pacific National Bank is the principal subsidiary of Security Pacific Corp. (NYSE: SPC), the sixth largest bank holding company in the United States with more than $78 billion in assets.
