 SEBE YOUNG VILLAGE OPEN HOUSE TO BE HELD TODAY
 Sebe Young Village, a collection of 20 single family homes built in


1990 on scattered sites in the Glenville/University Circle area, is about to more than double its size with the introduction of its second phase. Sebe Young Limited Partnership, a public-private partnership driven by National City Community Development Corporation (NCCDC) and Commodore Management Corporation, is developing the second phase of Sebe Young Village, building 30 additional Cape Cod and Colonial style homes. The first two completed homes will be showcased at today's ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house reception.
