SEASONTICKET.com to Provide Customized Co-Branded Video Interface,

Personalized Video Highlight Shows

SEASONTICKET.com and the Continental Basketball Association today announced a partnership that will bring online personalized video highlights and scores from CBA games to sports fans around the country.

Through the terms of the partnership, SEASONTICKET.com will bring its video interface and patent-pending Onecasting(TM) technology to the home page of the CBA, enabling fans with high-speed Internet access to create a customized profile based on the league's nine teams. When viewers return to the site, they receive personalized video highlights from the teams they have pre-selected. Fans also will have access to searchable archives containing video from past CBA games.

"Our partnership with SEASONTICKET.com allows the Continental Basketball Association to reach out to fans across the country and help them experience the games first-hand with online video tailored to their team preferences," said Don Welsh, president and chief marketing officer of the Continental Basketball Association. "Our agreement with SEASONTICKET.com is another step in our drive to make the CBA "The Digital League," which will enable fans of the CBA to access information and video from SEASONTICKET.com, as well as the CBA home page and team sites."

Additionally, SEASONTICKET.com will serve as the exclusive online host of CBA's first year of All-Star balloting, which will take place in the upcoming 2000-2001 season. Visitors to the SEASONTICKET.com home page will now also have the option of selecting CBA teams for their complete personal profile and daily highlight show.

"Streaming video is the future of news and entertainment on the Web and broadband is making that future a reality," said Carl Weinstein, SEASONTICKET.com president and chief executive officer. "SEASONTICKET.com is allowing sports fans to follow their favorite teams and leagues in an interactive, near-TV-quality setting. Partnering with the Continental Basketball Association allows us to bring basketball fans a more complete sports experience on the Web."

SEASONTICKET.com's Web site is driven by its patent-pending Onecasting(TM) technology, which encompasses the entire process of integrating streaming video and audio, as well as text, into a customized programming model that delivers only the video highlights and information that has been pre-selected by the user. Currently, SEASONTICKET.com features video highlights from the National Hockey League and Major League Baseball. Pending agreements with additional leagues and conferences will provide further video content for the site.
