SEASON PREDICTION: SATISFIED TEXANS

 SEASON PREDICTION: SATISFIED TEXANS
PHILADELPHIA, April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Just like the Texas Rangers,

the goal of ARA Services' food operations at Arlington Stadium is to get better every single year.
That means improving some old standards -- all the popcorn will be fresh-popped at the ballpark this year, for example -- to bringing in some regional favorites.
Traditional fan-fare will be augmented this year by "Taste Of Texas" foods sure to delight home crowds and visitors alike.
"I hope everyone comes hungry," said ARA General Manager Jim Fischer. "We've got real Texas barbecue, a chicken fried steak sandwich and fajitas new this year."
Another item that might vie for "Rookie-Of-The-Year" honors is the "Itza Pizza Solo" pizza pie.
"We introduced that one about halfway through last season and it was a huge success. This season the individual pies will be available at three separate locations throughout the park," Fischer said.
The health-conscious have also had their say in the fan voting, with "I Can't Believe This Is Yoghurt" sure to be a big hit. "We have also put a grilled chicken sandwich on the menu, and added non-alcohol beer and sparkling water, as well as switching to cooking oil with no cholesterol and low fat," Fischer said.
None of this is expected to supplant a hot dog with mustard, of course. "Sure, we make sure you can get what you've always liked at ballparks all over the country. It's just that here we add a little Texas flair," Fischer said.
ARA Leisure Services Division manages food, refreshment, gift and souvenir sales for many of the nation's most popular stadiums, arenas, racetracks, national parks and ski resorts.
