 SCRIPT SYSTEMS SIGNS CONTRACT WITH THE MEDICAL GROUP OF BEVERLY, MASS.
 HACKENSACK, N.J., Jan. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Script Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCPT) has signed a sales contract with The Medical Group of Beverly, Mass., a clinic specializing in internal medicine.
 Under the terms of the contract, The Medical has purchased for $150,000 a 32-user Script System whose performance functions include patient registry, billing, insurance claims processing, electronic transmission of insurance claims, management reporting, diagnosis and procedure tracking, practice analysis, clinical functioning, integrated word processing and report writing, appointment scheduling and a full complement of accounting functions. Storage, memory and inter-connect capabilities can all be expanded, if needed.
 Commenting on the system sale, Patrick Cline, Script's vice president of Sales and Marketing, said that the physicians who belong to The Medical Group can now efficiently integrate both the clinical and administrative functions of a medical facility into one comprehensive computer system, which can grow with the institution.
 Script Systems is a leading developer and supplier of medical computer systems for physicians' offices, clinics and hospitals. It has 12 direct sales offices throughout the country plus a wide network of distributors.
