SCRIPT SYSTEMS EXPANDS BOARD HACKENSACK, N.J., March 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Script Systems Inc.
(NASDAQ: SCPT) announced today that the board of directors has been expanded from three to five members and the board has elected Craig H. Davis of O'Donnell Davis and Dr. David O. Ellis, managing partner of the firm of EGL Holdings, Inc., Atlanta, to the board to serve until the 1992 annual meeting. In addition, Barry Mindes, president, announced that Barrett C. O'Donnell, a director since November 1991 when O'Donnell Davis invested $700,000 in newly-issued Script convertible preferred, has been named chairman and CEO. Mindes will continue as president.
Davis is a partner and co-founder of O'Donnell Davis and the managing partner of the law firm Mason, Griffin & Pierson in Princeton, N.J. Ellis has over 20 years of operating management and investment experience in the United States and the United Kingdom. Before founding EGL in 1988, he was president of CFA Inc. of Georgia, an investment banking group serving the middle market.
