 SCIENCE DYNAMICS REPORTS RESULTS
 CHERRY HILL, N.J., April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Science Dynamics

Corporation (NASDAQ: SIDY) today reported record sales and earnings for the first quarter ended March 31, 1992.
Sales for the quarter rose by 88 percent to $2,137,136 compared to $585,861 reported for the first quarter of 1991. Net income was $178,859, equal to $.06 per share, compared to a loss of $498,816 or $.17 per share last year.
According to Lyndon A. Keele, president, "We are pleased to report increased sales and earnings for the quarter, despite the increase in operating expenses incurred to support the higher revenue volume. At the same time, we have committed a greater amount of our resources to research and development. Management firmly believes in expanding its R&D effort at this time to ensure continued growth."
Sales of the company's penal system (CCTD) continue at a very good pace, Keele said. Each Regional Bell Operating Company (RBOC) has purchased these systems that range from $20,000 up to $150,000 per site, with typical sales at $45,000.
The company has expectations of large orders from two RBOCs for the Coin Line Message Intercept system (CLMI) for 1992 deliveries.
Keele added, "Based on orders for those products, as well as our existing product line, we are confident that those sales constitute a basis for a very promising year."
Science Dynamics Corporation manufactures and distributes microprocessor equipment for the telephone industry and cryptographic systems for government and industrial applications.
