 SCHRADE GOES RACING
NEW YORK, Feb. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Imperial Schrade Corp., under its

Old Timer(R) brand, announced today it has agreed to become an associate sponsor of the No. 33 Leo Jackson team car driven by Harry Gant during the 1992 Winston Cup season.
The No. 33 car will carry Old Timer(R) identification and will be the first of several innovative programs Imperial Schrade plans to bring to racing.
Gant, a veteran of the Busch Series and Winston Cup competition, has often been referred to as the "Old Timer," making his durability and reliability a perfect fit for America's largest knife maker.
In making the announcement Rick Nebel of Schrade said, "We are extremely pleased to develop a racing partnership with Leo Jackson, Harry Gant and the Skoal Bandit. Our knives have long held a special place with the drivers, the mechanics and the fans. This sponsorship will bring us even closer to the racing community."
