SC: Bar exam results out on April 26.
The Supreme Court has announced that it will release the result of the 2017 Bar examination on April 26.
High court justices will meet in a special en banc to deliberate on the results.
SC Information Chief Atty. Theodore Te said 2017 Bar Exams Committee Chair Justice Lucas P. Bersamin will officially announce the results.
The names of the successful examinees will be flashed on screen at the SC quadrangle and will also be posted on the SC website.
In the 2017 Bar examinations, the SC allowed 7, 227 law graduates to take the exams although only 6, 750 have managed to complete the four Sundays of examinations, dubbed as the most grueling and difficult licensure examinations in the country.
In the four Sundays, Bar examinees are tested on their knowledge of Political Law and Labor Law, Civil Law and Taxation, Mercantile Law and Criminal Law, Remedial Law and Legal Ethics and Practical Exercises.
The University of Santo Tomas will remain as the venue of this year's Bar examination, the SC said.
