SBA DEPUTY ADMINISTRATOR PAUL COOKSEY TO VISIT PITTSBURGH AREA MARCH 19
 A major U.S. Small Business Administration policy-maker will be in the Pittsburgh area Thursday, March 19.
 Paul Cooksey, deputy administrator and second in command at the U.S. Small Business Administration, was appointed to his present position by President Bush and confirmed by the U.S. Senate in October 1991.
 During his March 19 visit, Cooksey will meet with local SBA lenders and members of the business community.
 Cooksey has scheduled two news briefings to accommodate press, TV, radio and other news media. The briefings will be held Thursday:
 10-10:30 a.m. Schnaubelt Shorts, 1128 Fourth Ave.,
 Corapolis, Pa., 15108
 11:30 a.m.-noon Rivers Club, Fort Duquesne Room, One Oxford
 Center, 301 Grant St., Pittsburgh, Pa., 15219
